Central DTLA is currently under construction at the corner of Olive Street and Olympic Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles and is scheduled to open the fourth quarter of this year. Central will offer a high energy fun dining and entertainment experience. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and provide late night dining on weekends, with a chef-inspired mix of farm-to-table comfort foods, specializing in elements of locally-grown organic herbs, vegetables, fruit, and free-range meats. Featuring hand-crafted cocktails, including a Whiskey bar specializing in barreled bourbons, single malt scotches and rye whiskeys, Central will also have on tap a variety of over 30 selections of excellent local and regional micro-brewed beers.
Designer/Architect Paul Basile of Basile Studio is known for designing some of Southern California’s most popular neighborhood-chic bars and eateries. With an incredible talent of converting old warehouse spaces into very fun and creative atmospheres, Basile will highlight the interior of Central with two 15 foot custom olive trees in a recessed patio with steel and glass roll-top doors that open to the excitement of this up and coming downtown neighborhood.
Coming this year, MV Entertaimnent’s newest 29,000 square foot venue concert hall, nightclub, and restaurant, with a capacity of over 1,400 people. Located on Pine Street in the heart of the entertainment district of Long Beach, this new venue is scheduled to open later this year.
